Become a Career Owner is a transformational career education and empowerment program designed to fulfill the ultimate goal of career education: to produce career owners —individuals who take charge of their career choices and development by understanding how their identity, capabilities, aspirations, values, and strengths align with career paths. Through a structured process of self-discovery, career exploration, and skill acquisition, the program equips students and youths with the necessary tools to find career fulfillment and become gifts to others through who they are and what they do. Since 2018, we have impacted over 50,000 students and youths across Africa through career campaign seminars, mentorship, and resource materials tailored to three key categories:
1. Those who have chosen the right career path but need career management skills for growth and success.
2. Those who have chosen the wrong career path and need guidance on realignment and transition.
3. Those who are yet to make a career choice and require knowledge, self-discovery, and direction.
